About Us

Akeem and Kaya have been traveling together for over a decade. As they experienced the different countries and cultures across the world their inner children always made an appearance with glee. It is that spirit they hope to capture through Kylee’s adventures.  Children’s imaginations, dreams, and ultimately their mindset are shaped by what they can see around them. Through Kylee’s story and the illustrations, the authors hope to spark children’s imaginations (including their daughter) and ignite their curiosity about people, places, and the cultures of the world.
